As Flange Mechanic you are responsible for the qualitative and quantitative good execution of mechanic work in accordance with the set requirements of the client. You do this on the basis of knowledge, insight and materials knowledge. The main activities related to this vacancy for Flange Mechanic include:

• Machining of pipes during industrial assembly;
• Mounting and disassembling flange connections;
• Using mounting tools where you are responsible for the correct use, management and   maintenance there of;
• Moving workpieces by forklift and hoisting tools;
• Attend and follow safety instructions.

When selecting candidates for the Flange Mechanic vacancy, we check whether you meet the following job requirements:

• You are in possession of a valid VCA-1 E-018 certificate;
• You have a Diploma at LTS level;
• You have the certificate WFPR (Working on Flange connections according to Protocol);
• Preferably in possession of the certificate of Compressed Air;
• preferably in possession of the Safe Moving of Loads (VVL) certificate;
• You have a driving license B and your own transport;
• You put safety first at all times during your work;
• You are flexible, enthusiastic and motivated and are willing to work throughout the Netherlands on a project basis;
• You may be willing to accept a living if the project requires it from you;
• You preferably have 2 years of experience in a similar job.
